Neil is a Chartered Insurance Broker and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He founded Ravenhall in 2006 and since then, they have become one of the UK’s leading independent Chartered Insurance Brokers. Neil is a member of the Small Brokers Advisory Board at the British Insurance Brokers Association and a text author for the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has been a user of Applied Products throughout his career.

 

Tracey has worked for BGi UK since 1995 as a senior broker and has used Applied TAM since 2004. She joined the group in 2010 as a committee member and held the position of Chair from 2016-2018.

 

Martin Jackson is the Director of McParland Finn Ltd Insurance Brokers. Martin has been with MFL since its beginning and is responsible for the Product Services Division and all matters technology (IT) of the business. With more than 20 years of experience in the profession, Martin has been the Past Treasurer and Past President of the Insurance Institute of Manchester. He now brings his skills and expertise as Treasurer of ACN-UK.

 

Andy runs his own brokerage based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and has been using the Applied TAM system since 1999. He joined the group as a committee member in 2000 and has held positions within the Product Development and Training Committees as well as being Chairman for two years. He now deals with new membership matters.

 

Debbie has worked for Ferndale Insurance Services Ltd since 2002 and has always used the Applied TAM system. She has attended many Applied TAM conferences and joined as a committee member in 2016.

 

Glenn has been with BHIB since 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in the general insurance arena in both broking and latterly the technology (IT) areas of the business.

Glenn’s main responsibilities with ACN-UK revolve around social media and encouraging use and support of the Product Advisory Community (PAC), however, as an expert user of Applied TAM, he has also been involved in delivering training at the Applied Net event.
